All orders placed at https://www.promanstore.com/ are verified via a phone call within 24 hours. Once confirmed, orders are dispatched the same or the next business day from our regional warehouses.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all multi-bottle orders across India, South Africa, and Nigeria. For single-bottle orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be confirmed during your verification call.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to your provided mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the carrier's official website.
To protect your privacy, all Proman orders are shipped in plain brown or white boxes with no mention of "Prostate" or "Proman" on the exterior label.
4. Payment on Delivery (POD)
- India: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for 95% of pin codes.
- South Africa: Currently supports secure online payment or EFT (confirmed via call).
- Nigeria: Pay on Delivery is available in major cities like Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
